We want you to love Aniverse. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

14-day satisfaction window

New paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 25% of the plan's monthly credits have been used.

Annual plans

Annual plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days. After that, we offer credit toward future renewals.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-refundable

• API usage charges already consumed.
• One-time credit packs once spent.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
