3. Generated Content Ownership

• Free & Creator plans: personal, non-commercial use only.
• Pro & Studio plans: full commercial license for outputs you generate while subscribed.

4. Prohibited Use

See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. In short: no illegal content, no impersonation, no targeted harassment, no minors in adult contexts.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be unpredictable; always review before public use.
